Try this out today & tell us how you like it in the comments below.Satara Mutton Ingredients:For the Spice-Mix1 Onion (sliced)1 tsp Oil1/2 Dry Coconut (grated)1 tsp Oil8-10 Garlic Cloves2-inch Ginger (chopped)1 Tomato (chopped)Searing the Mutton1/2 cup Oil1-inch Cinnamon Stick2 Black Cardamoms5 Cloves10 Black Peppercorns1 Onion (chopped)800 gms Mutton1 tsp Turmeric Powder3 tbsp Onion & Garlic Masala (recipe given below)1 ltr Hot WaterSalt (as per taste)** For the Onion & Garlic Masala:INGREDIENTS-1 medium onion sliced and kept to dry for a few hours1-inch ginger8 pods of garlic1 cup of fresh coriander washed and dried1 tbsp sesame seeds1 tbsp poppy seeds2 tbsp grated dry coconut½ tsp pepper1 tbsp dry coriander seeds1 tsp cumin seeds1-inch cinnamon5 cloves1blades of mace½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp fenugreek seeds½ tsp mustard seedsSmall piece of nutmeg1 bay leaves1 tsp rock flower2 cassia buds2 green cardamoms1 black cardamom½ tsp asafetida50 gms red chilli powder1 tsp salt5 tbsp oilMETHOD:i.
