There are many types of fasts in Indian culture, but silent fast is a unique fast in itself. Although this fast can be done at any time, but the scriptures tell the law to keep silence on Mauni Amavasya. Many theology says that being silent brings positive changes in life. Mind disorders go away, mind remains calm due to which health is also fine. Simply say that the glory of silence is immense, wearing it is equivalent to doing penance. Silence suppresses anger, control of speech increases body strength, willpower and self-power, peace of mind and relaxation of the brain, which leads to the development of inner forces and stops the erosion of energy.भारतीय संस्कृति में अनेकों प्रकार के व्रत हैं,परंतु मौन व्रत अपने आप में एक अनूठा व्रत है। वैसे तो इस व्रत को कभी भी किया जा सकता है,पर शास्त्रों में मौनी अमावस्या पर मौन रखने का विधान बताया गया है। अनेक धर्मशास्त्र कहते हैं कि मौन रहने से जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाब आते हैं। मन के विकार दूर होते हैं,चित्त शांत रहता है जिस कारण स्वास्थ्य भी ठीक रहता है। यूँ कहिए कि मौन की महिमा अपार है,इसे धारण करना तप करने के बराबर है। मौन से क्रोध का दमन, वाणी का नियंत्रण शरीर बल, संकल्प बल एवं आत्मबल में वृद्धि, मन को शांति तथा मस्तिष्क को विश्राम मिलता है जिससे आंतरिक शक्तियों का विकास होता है और ऊर्जा का क्षरण रुकता है।#Mauniamavasya2021 #Amavasya #Maunvratkyurkhtehai
