Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have been allowed to go to Hathras, as per sources. A delegation of five Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have been allowed to go to Hathras. The Gandhis are already on their way to meet the family of the 19-year-old Dalit girl in Boolgarhi village in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras.
