UP Police brings gangster Vikas Dubey to Kanpur by road

Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) team along with Kanpur encounter accused Vikas Dubey, who was arrested in Ujjain after on Thursday reached Kanpur by road on Friday (July 10).
