Kanpur ADG narrates encounter of gangsters Vikas Dubey

Gangster Vikas Dubey, wanted for the Bikru village bloodbath in which eight policemen were killed, was shot dead in an early morning encounter. After a police convoy had overturned, Dubey tried to flee but was injured in an encounter. Doctors declared him dead in the hospital.
