Tunisian protesters smash police cars, tear gas fired

Tunisian police are firing tear gas at demonstrators on the streets of the country's capital, amid a new wave of unrest. Crowds are calling for all the former leader's allies to be removed from power. It follows a month-long uprising that deposed President Ben Ali, killing almost 80 people. On Sunday authorities detained two men allegedly loyal to the old rule.
