Society adapts to increasing obesity in Switzerland

Swiss people are getting fatter all the time. Half of all males and a third of the female population are overweight. A recent study showed that obesity occurred more frequently among the poorer and less educated sectors of the community. Society is having to adapt to the fat phenomenon.
