Jagdeep Dhankhar Resigns: देश के उपराष्ट्रपति और राज्यसभा के सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ ने सोमवार ( (Jagdeep Dhankar Resigns News)) रात को अचानक अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया. साल 2022 में उपराष्ट्रपति चुने गए धनखड़ का कार्यकाल 2027 में खत्म हो रहा था, ऐसे में वह कार्यकाल पूरा न करने वाले देश के तीसरे उपराष्ट्रपति बन गए हैं. उनसे पहले कृष्णकांत और वीवी गिरी भी उपराष्ट्रपति के तौर पर अपना कार्यकाल पूरा नहीं कर पाए थे. सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक सदन की कार्यवाही के बीच में करीब 4.30 बजे बिजनेस एडवाइजरी कमेटी (BAC) की दूसरी मीटिंग हुई थी और इसमें सत्ता पक्ष के प्रतिनिधि के तौर पर सूचना और प्रसारण राज्य मंत्री एल मुरुगन मौजूद रहे. मुरुगन ने सभापति जगदीप धनखड़ से मीटिंग को अगले दिन यानी मंगलवार को रिशेड्यूल करने का आग्रह किया था.
