Speaking about rising crime in Bihar, he said criminals were emboldened and police had surrendered. On the Paras hospital firing, he said businessmen and professionals were fleeing the state in fear. Tejashwi also slammed the voter list revision exercise, calling it a “formality” meant to delete 12-15% of voters on BJP’s orders. He called Nitish’s free electricity scheme a “copy” of RJD's promise and criticized PM Modi’s visit, urging him to meet victims' families instead of just campaigning.
