BJP should take action: Congress’ Shama Mohamed on Nishikant Dubey's remark on SC

Lucknow (UP), April 20, 2025 (ANI): Reacting to Nishikant Dubey’s statement on Supreme Court, Congress National Spokesperson Shama Mohamed on April 20 said that BJP should take action and they should expel him from the party. “MP Nishikant Dubey is saying that whatever is happening in this country, like civil wars, is because of Sanjiv Khanna, CJI. He said that the judiciary is inciting religious issues. Today, I want to ask Sanjiv Khanna, CJI, what action he will take if there is contempt of court. What action will you take against him? My leader, Rahul Gandhi, is saying all the time that the constitution is in danger. Action will have to be taken against him soon. If you do not do it today, then tomorrow, many people will attack the judiciary or the justice system. BJP should also take action, and they should expel him from the party...,” said Shama Mohammed.
