Take a vessel boil 2 Cups Milk + 2 Cups Water & add few strands of Saffron.2. Heat a vessel add 2 Tsp of Ghee.3. Add 2 Cups of Sooji / Rava & fry till Sooji turns brown.4. Remove the fried Sooji in another bowl & let it cool down.5. In the same vessel add 2 Tsp of Ghee & add chopped Almonds & few Raisins & fry.6. Then add the fried Sooji & a pinch of Salt & pour the boiled 2 Cups Milk + 2 Cups Water. 7. Keep on stirring the Sooji as it thickens up.8. Close the lid & let it cook for few minutes.9. Then add 2 Cups of Brown Sugar & Pineapple Puree & give a quick stir.10. Then add Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, finely diced pineapple & 1 Tsp of Ghee & give a quick stir.
