Locals shared their concerns about the rising prices when we visited the ‘most up and coming’ neighbourhood in Bristol. The rate at which house prices are rising can give an indication of the most up and coming areas of Bristol. It’s not too surprising the City Centre and Harbourside had the highest rise (20.5426%) in the last year. We visited the harbourside to find out what locals think of the area.
