PH expected to sign 'number of agreements' in Laos, says ConcepcionGo Negosyo founder Joey Concepcion 3rd says on Oct. 9, 2024 that a number of agreements are expected to be signed during the visit of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in Vientiane, Laos.
