Bridgnorth man strikes up unlikely friendship with robins which he feeds every day

A Bridgnorth man has struck up an unlikely friendship with robins which he has hand-fed every day for 11 years.Karl Shelton, 49, was out walking his dog one day when one of the birds came down and flew onto the ground. The following day, Karl returned to the same spot with a piece of flapjack. Every day, the red-breasted garden bird got closer and closer and Karl has now created a community of local robins, which join him for a meal twice a day.
