In another blow for the Congress party, its candidate from the Indore constituency, Akshay Kanti Bam, withdrew his nomination for the seven-phased Lok Sabha elections 2024, announced District Election Officer Ashish Singh. Accompanied by BJP MLA Ramesh Mendola, Bam visited the Collector's office to formalise the withdrawal of his candidature.
