A telephone conversation was held today between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin, during which President Putin extended congratulations on his re-election by PM Modi. Best wishes for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the Russian people were conveyed by Modi, as reported by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
