Plaid Cymru leader Rhun Ap Iortwerth has said he wants to see a new law enacted in the Houses of Parliament that guarantees fair funding for Wales. He argues that recent post-Brexit funding systems have made Wales a billion pounds worse off, and said it is significant and makes a big difference to Wales.First Minister Mark Drakeford has clarified what will happen now that the 20 miles per hour law change in Wales will be properly enforced.
