Tammy to near Bermuda as a tropical rainstorm eyes Central America

Tammy is moving over the open waters of the Atlantic, but it will eventually curve to the northwest, bringing some impacts to Bermuda. Meanwhile, Tropical Depression 21 will cause some hazards in the western Caribbean.
