The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said that it has killed the head of Hamas’ aerial force who was responsible for directing terrorists to infiltrate into Israel using hand gliders on 7 October. According to IDF, the head identified as Murad Abu Murad, was killed in an overnight airstrike in the Gaza Strip.
