Coroner looking into suicides of four police officers recommends multiple screenings to check if officers have PTSD

A coroner looking into the suicides of four police officers has recommended twice a year screening to check if officers have post-traumatic stress disorder. He's recommended sweeping changes after finding system failures contributed to three officers taking their own lives.
