Water Tank Floats Down Flooded Street in Mexico

Occurred on August 19, 2023 / Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico: "It was raining heavily, the street was flooded and we decided to wait in a parking lot for the water to recede. Out of nowhere, the vehicles started to stop and suddenly the water tank came out, which is unusual, and hit the truck."
