Kiambu County govt at crossroads with traders over non-payment of license fees

Kiambu County govt has once again found itself at crossroads with traders over non-payment of license fees. The traders say that the revenue collectors are harassing them and confiscating their goods illegally as there is no effective gazette law for revenue collection.
