Doordarshan News Anchor Geetanjali Aiyer 76 Age Demise, Reason क्या है, देश की जानी मानी दूरदर्शन समाचार की न्यूज एंकर रहीं गीतांजलि अय्यर (Gitanjali Aiyar) का बुधवार को निधन हो गया. वह 76 साल की थीं. करीब 3 दशक से ज्यादा समय तक दूरदर्शन में काम करने वाली गीतांजल‍ि के न‍िधन पर केंद्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण और खेल मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर ने भी शोक-संवेदना जताई है. अय्यर के निधन से उनके प्रशंसकों में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है. सोशल मीडिया पर भी उनके प्रशंसक उनको श्रद्धांजलि दे रहे हैं. Gitanjali Iyer, a well-known news anchor of the country's Doordarshan news, passed away on Wednesday. She was 76 years old.
