A Delhi Court has denied bail to Shankar Mishra, the man who urinated on an elderly woman on an Air India flight. On January 11, the Magistrate Court of Delhi's Patiala House Court said, “The alleged act in itself is sufficient to outrage the modesty of any woman.” Delhi police and the complainant’s lawyer opposed the bail plea of Shankar Mishra.
