Heavy rain in Nonthaburi Province and Sai Noi district in Thailand

It seems that the rainy season started early this year and the rain is much heavier than last year. Soon there will be another flood. Flooding has already started in many provinces of Thailand. Let's hope Nonthaburi and Sai Noi don't.
