Waterlogging reported as heavy rain lashes parts of Mumbai

Mumbai wakes up to severe waterlogging in the aftermath of heavy rains lashing the city. After a break of a couple of days, heavy rains returned to the Maximum City on Monday, which led to waterlogging in low-lying areas and affected vehicular movement on major roads.
