Tory councillors fear PM's Partygate fines will shatter the blue wall here in Kent at next month's local elections

The PM was handed a fixed penalty notice for his role in a gathering back in June 2020 and while he's apologised, many fear public trust in the party is destroyed which will hurt their chances of being re-elected.
