40 people were arrested in Karnataka's Hubballi district on Sunday after an incident of stone pelting outside a police station and damaging of police vehicles by an angry mob took place. The violence took place after a man shared an objectionable post on social media about Muslims, according to Hubli-Dharwad Police Commissioner Labhu Ram.
