What allegations are on Putin over Russia-Ukraine War?

The ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine has been intensified. Heavy bombing continues in many areas. Countries like America are definitely imposing sanctions on Russia, but still the attacks are seeing no end so far. Loud explosions have been heard in the Lviv region of western Ukraine. There are frequent and intermittent attacks in Lviv. While, Over 300 bodies were found in Bucha massacre where Ukraine has blamed Russia.
