Why BJP made Dhami Uttarakhand CM even after he lost polls?

Once again Pushkar Singh Dhami will be the CM of Uttarakhand. Despite losing assembly elections, the party has once again shown faith in him. After the meeting of the legislature party, Rajnath Singh announced the new CM of Uttarakhand. Satpal Maharaj, former Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, and MP Anil Baluni were also in the race.
