PM Modi takes dig at Samajwadi Party in Sitapur rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said Uttar Pradesh cannot progress under a government that supports rioters and mafia. Addressing a public rally in UP's Sitapur, PM Modi said, "The development of UP cannot be done by those people who encourage rioters, goons, mafia."
