NSW COVID restrictions extended to ensure smooth return to school

Mask mandates, QR codes and a ban on singing and dancing will continue for another month. The NSW Premier says it's a small price to pay to ensure a smooth return to school and he hopes elective surgeries can resume in a few weeks.
