The Uttar Pradesh assembly elections took a dramatic turn on Thursday, when Samajwadi Party-Rashtriya Lok Dal alliance candidate Avtar Singh Bhadana announced not to contest in the morning and took a U-turn by the end of the night. Now he has again announced to contest the Legislative Assembly elections from Jewar seat of Gautam Budh Nagar district.
