Allah Doesn't Listen': Assam Woman, Declared 'Foreigner', Recalls Detention Horrors

Hailing from Darrang district, Hasina Bhanu was declared a 'foreigner' in March 2020 after a referral from the Assam Border Police in 2017 on the suspicion of being a Bangladeshi national. The same tribunal had declared her an Indian in 2016.
