Congress working as per ISI plan, alleges BJP leader

Today Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally got canceled due to the farmers' union protest. Also, the a security breach in PM Narendra Modi's convoy near Punjab's Hussainiwala in Ferozepur district. The PM's convoy was stuck on a flyover for 15-20 minutes. Reacting to this, BJP Leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa alleged that Congress is doing a big conspiracy against BJP and it is doing exactly same what ISI and Pak want to do. Watch the video.
