On the occasion of Vijay Diwas, Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the National War Memorial today to take part in the felicitation ceremony of the Golden Victory Torch. Reaching the honor ceremony, the PM paid tribute to the soldiers who were martyred in the war.
