What's the mood of UP in the upcoming assembly polls?

In earlier years, when there were elections in Uttar Pradesh, the electoral issue used to be development, but today's electoral campaign has changed the topic from development to certain issues including Hindus, Muslims, Jinnah, Taliban, Ayodhya, Pakistan, riots, riots, even ISIS which has entered the politics of UP.
