RJD-JDU leaders clash over death due to alcohol in Bihar

Why has the liquor prohibition law made in Bihar in 2016 not been effective so far? Why has no action been taken against the policemen who are responsible for the case? The Nitish government is hopeful that by running an awareness campaign, people can be saved from the outbreak of poisonous liquor.
