Aryan Khan Drugs On Cruise Case: 2 Accused Get Bail, Key Arguments By Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi

Aryan Khan, arrested in the cruise ship drugs case did not get bail on October 26 from the Bombay High Court. The court has adjourned the hearing for Aryan Khan’s bail plea. 23-year-old Aryan Khan will spend one more night in jail as his bail plea hearing will resume. The hearing will continue on October 27. Meanwhile, two of the 20 accused in the case, Manish Rajgaria and Avin Sahu, got bail from the special court. Meanwhile, former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi argued for Aryan Khan’s bail plea in the Bombay High Court on October 26. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) accused Pooja Dadlani, who is the manager of Aryan's father, Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, of trying to influence witnesses. Aryan Khan said that he had nothing to do with Rs 8 crore payoff allegations concerning Sameer Wankhede. Mukul Rohatgi said that though there was \"no consumption or possession of drugs\" and cases involving such small quantities of drug called for rehab rather than jail.
