Priyanka Gandhi plays 'woman card' ahead of UP Polls

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has said the party will give 40 percent of its tickets to women in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. She said that Women will fully participate in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections. Parties think they can appease women by giving an LPG cylinder, Rs 2000.
