Cong to give 40 per cent tickets to women in UP: Priyanka

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi has said the party will give 40 per cent of its tickets to women in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.She said, 'Women will fully participate in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections.
