Aryan Khan Denied Bail By Mumbai Magistrate Court In Drug Case, Shah Rukh Khan’s Son To Spend Night In Jail

Bail application of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan has been rejected by a Magistrate court in Mumbai. The court said that Aryan Khan’s bail application was \"not maintainable.” Aryan will be lodged at Arthur Road Jail in the quarantine cell for the next 3-5 days as per Covid-19 protocol. The court also rejected bail applications from two other accused, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. The court said all three would have to approach the Sessions Court for bail. NCB has admitted that no drugs were recovered from Aryan Khan. Aryan Khan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, \"I have been found with nothing. Not even one gram, one ounce and so much capital is being made out of it.” Aryan Khan, 23, was arrested by the NCB after a raid at a party being held on a cruise ship off the city's coast.
