Mumbai cruise raid: Court sends Aryan Khan, 2 others to NCB custody till Oct 07

A Lower Court in Mumbai on October 04 sent Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till October 07. All the accused got detained following the NCB raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast and they were produced in the court. ASG Anil Singh appearing for NCB before the Mumbai Court said that accused Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha have been booked under Sections 8C, 20, 27, and 35 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act). Five more persons were arrested in this case.
