Communist Party of India (CPI) leader Kanhaiya Kumar and Gujarat's independent MLA Jignesh Mevani are likely to join Congress today. If sources are to be believed, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will give membership of the party to both the youth leaders at around 3 pm. Watch the video.
