Gold worth Rs 13.88 lakh seized at Mangaluru airport

Around 293 grams of gold worth Rs 13,88,823 was seized from a passenger at the Mangaluru International Airport on September 21. Gold was concealed inside the layers of a cloth which was hidden inside a blanket. A case has been registered against the passenger who hails from Kerala and arrived from Dubai.
