Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi thanks Congress leadership

Punjab gets a new captain. Charanjit Singh Channi sworn in as Punjab's first Dalit Chief Minister. OP Soni, Sukhjinder Randhawa were also sworn in. Rahul Gandhi attends the oath ceremony but Amarinder Singh skips the event.
