Is Nitin Patel angry for not being chosen new Gujarat CM?

Speculations are being made about whether Nitin Patel is angry or has accepted his defeat. It is reported that Bhupendra Patel is going to meet Nitin Patel at his house. If Patel is not angry then why is he giving an explanation for not becoming the Chief Minister?
