Waterlogging in Delhi after rain, people facing problems

It has been raining heavily in Delhi NCR since last night. It is still cloudy and it is still raining in several areas. Due to rain for several hours, there has been a waterlogging problem in many areas. Though there is not much rush on roads today people are facing severe problems.
