Guan Eng denies breaching quarantine, only informed after attending state assembly

Bagan MP Lim Guan Eng refuted allegations of him breaching home quarantine on multiple occasions - namely to attend the Penang state assembly and to distribute food parcels.Yesterday, Lim’s corruption trial was postponed to Sept 22 as he was ordered to self-quarantine for 10 days from Sept 1 to 10 after coming into close contact with a Covid-19 patient.That same day, Penang Gerakan Youth lodged a police report against Lim for allegedly violating home quarantine, as reported by The New Straits Times.
