Kabul Blast: Are Taliban- ISIS enemies or working together?

More than 100 people have lost their lives in the terrorist attack on Kabul airport. ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the attack and also released the photo of the suicide bomber. The Taliban have condemned this attack along with the other countries. How can any other terrorist organization carry out such a big conspiracy while one terror organization is in power? Are the Taliban and ISIS really enemies or are they working together?
